O3 Science, Inc. and O3 AG Science retain all right, title and interest in the Institute course, O3 AG technology materials, written content, artwork, narration, recordings, assessments, software, forms, workflows, trademarks and associated intellectual property, except material expressly identified as belonging to another owner.
No purchase, enrollment, certificate or account transfers ownership of these materials or O3 AG technology.
An enrolled course member may personally view, study and print designated course materials for individual learning and field reference. An authorized instructor may use designated instructor materials only for approved O3 AG Science Institute teaching, evaluation and supervision.
Permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable. Broader reproduction, publication, training, commercial use or distribution requires prior written authorization.
Users may not copy, record, scrape, upload, republish, sell, sublicense, translate, modify, reverse engineer, remove ownership notices, share login access, distribute answer keys, train another program with these materials, or use them to create a competing course, product or service without prior written permission.
Proprietary equipment details, operating methods, nonpublic field information, instructor materials, answer keys and company records must not be disclosed outside the authorized course or work relationship.
The course provides agricultural education and decision-support methods. It does not replace site-specific laboratory analysis, equipment instructions, crop-adviser judgment, engineering, legal requirements, product labels, safety procedures or advice from qualified local professionals.
Soils, crops, water, weather, equipment and regulations vary. Examples, ranges and recommendations must be verified for the actual field, sample method, units, crop stage and operating conditions. Never bypass safety controls or perform work beyond your training and authorization.
O3 AG-specific statements must remain connected to approved O3 AG sources and documented field context. Training examples are not universal performance promises. Yield, quality, water-use, return-on-investment and biological outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
Users must distinguish observations, measurements, calculations, interpretations and recommendations; preserve sample identity and units; disclose uncertainty; and avoid unsupported claims.
Each account is for its assigned user. Users must provide accurate identity and course records, protect access credentials, complete assessments honestly and avoid unauthorized assistance or distribution of questions and answers.
The Institute may review, correct, suspend or reject incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, manipulated or unverifiable course, assessment, field-hour or competency records.
The course may store account identity, progress, assessment scores, agreement acceptance, submitted work, field-hour records and certification evidence to deliver instruction, evaluate completion, protect program integrity and administer credentials.
Farm, customer, field, laboratory and company information must be handled only for authorized purposes. O3 AG Tech Practice records and Live Farm records remain separate and are governed by their applicable access controls.
A certificate confirms completion of the requirements stated by the Institute. It does not by itself grant government licensure, employment, a territory, authority to represent O3 Science, Inc. or O3 AG Science, or permission to install, service, sell or advise beyond a separately approved role.
Issuance requires Section 16 completion, required assessments, pathway-specific practical evidence, applicable supervised field hours and authorized human approval. A credential may be withheld, corrected or revoked for material error, misconduct or falsified evidence.
The Institute may update course content, requirements, security controls and technical delivery as science, products, regulations and program needs change. Users are responsible for confirming current requirements before relying on older material.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, materials and software are provided for education without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or any particular agricultural or financial result. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
By selecting “I agree,” you confirm that you have read and agree to the Copyright, Course Use, Privacy, Academic Integrity, Safety and Certification terms and consent to an electronic record of acceptance.
These operational terms should receive final review by the company’s licensed attorney before public enrollment or paid course sales.
